Our experience with AutoSolar’s after-sales/warranty management has been extremely disappointing.

We purchased a Pylontech Force L1 battery system from AutoSolar, with an approximate value of €8,000. When we had an issue, AutoSolar managed the warranty process and required us to send the complete battery bank for inspection. The case was registered under Ticket #14891.

Months later, we still do not have our batteries back, we have not received a formal technical report, we have not been given a clear repair date, and no effective solution has been provided. We were later told that the issue was related to the BMS/electronic boards, but once the problem appeared to be isolated to the BMS, the battery modules were not returned to us, nor were we given the opportunity to make an informed decision.

This has caused us serious inconvenience and financial damage, as the batteries are part of the main energy storage system of our off-grid home. We have been left without a key part of our energy system for months.

What concerns us most is not only the technical issue itself, but the lack of clear information, lack of transparency, lack of deadlines, and lack of proactive solutions. If we had been told from the beginning that the problem could potentially be solved by replacing the BMS, we could have considered alternatives much earlier instead of waiting for months without our battery system.

We understand that, after several years, the commercial warranty may depend on the manufacturer, Pylontech. However, AutoSolar acted as the seller, intermediary, shipping/collection manager and main point of contact. In our opinion, the management of the case has been inefficient and has left the customer carrying the consequences of delays and lack of coordination between AutoSolar, Pylontech and SONNE PV.

At this stage, we are still waiting for a clear written solution: repair, return of our batteries, replacement, refund, or formal technical report.

This company should improve its after-sales service, communication, warranty follow-up, customer transparency and escalation procedures. Customers should not be left for months without essential equipment and without a clear answer.

Bought solar system from Autosolar.es Hoymiles 6kw micro inverter failed 6 weeks after which the connector had actually melted ! For the PV panel which is a fire hazard .
After informing the supplier and manufacturer still waiting for them to replace the unit not good service for a new company like this and will be posting on social media if not resolved soon , I will change rating if they rectify this problem DUDAS PEDIDO 27685

Good service, very nice price, installed when it was booked for, very pleased

After spending several hours looking for a reputable European company that could supply a complete solar systems I found Autosolar in Spain. I had in mind a 10KW ground mounted array that could also be grid tied. After answering a few other simple questions the team put together a complete list of components that would enable me to build the system. Their competence and efficiency together with their good reviews online gave me the confidence to go ahead with the order. The whole system arrived well packed and in good condition, I would thoroughly recommend Autosolar and I will be recommending them to my friends.

I ordered 6 TopCon 24V 500W Solar Panels for delivery to a local Service Station. I was away at the time they were delivered and had to wait for the use of a friends van so couldn't collect them for a few days. When I collected them one of the 6 panels (the one at the back/bottom) was shattered. All six panels were banded but poorly shrunk wrapped and placed on a pallet vertically. Very poorly packaged. They have told me its a transportation issue. The damage to the panels is on the front face (internally facing in the shipment) so has clarely been done prior to shipping. Unsuprisingly there in no accountability from Autosolar as they are refusing to refund or replace stating I didn't notify them within 24/48 hours of delivery. I notified them within 24 hours of me collecting them and provide photographic evidence of the damaged. They were stored in a bonded area by the courier and betwen the delivery and my inspection no 3rd Party had touch the shipment. Spanish Consumer Rights states that for remote sales I have a 14-day cooling off period where I can return damaged goods. My complaint has been submitted to OMIC.

No wire end ferrules, loose screws, excessive use of adhesive tape, smouldering fire in the switch box after a few months
After-sales service: Unwilling to fix a fault with the batteries [Suntaic], have to replace the faulty battery pack at my own expense after six months using a professional company

Don't trust their warranty. After 11 months of patience I took a lawyer, I write now to avoid, for you, to be in the same disastrous situation. They will answer this note by asking for a paper they never gave me. An invoice #! They took the faulty batteries, pretend they sent them to Germany, who never heard of them, and then every now and then, come pretend to do something and go. Why on earth they don't replace my batteries? Because they are not honest. Now you know, DON'T TRUST THEIR WARRANTY!

They came, they installed, they left. There was a problem with the batteries, they told me they were coming back the next day, they didnt. Watching the app and messaging all the phone numbers we had - no response. Then "alarms" on the app. Emails and messages sent asking how to solve them no repsonse! There is absolutley no after care service! Unless your'e good with problem solving go elsewhere!

AutoSolar delivered on time and had a call from courier to advise they were going to deliver..very impressed with the service.
The battery was well packaged and is exactly what I needed

I purchased a system online,the day before I was due to collect the system the company emailed saying the brackets would not be in stock for 7 -10 days. Two weeks have passed and no communication from them ..I emailed them today and they said no brackets available for another month .I have spent over €3000 with this company for a system that I am unable to install for at least another month. Disgusting customer service . Once they have your payment they do not care about the customer .

Support after sales is not so good, so make sure you ask all the questions you need to before buying!

They answered my questions when asked. But it was not clear when my goods would arrive. The next order I will have more confidence. You have to know how the system works. They despatch the goods to a courier company. So I wasnt very sure when my goods would arrive.

Awful after care.
They pretty much ignore your calls and emails. Therefore the guarantee/waranty offered is useless because you can’t communicate with anyone if you have a problem with what you’ve purchased or if it is faulty.
I would highly recommend doing more research and going with a company that have a comprehensive customer support service.

It all started with a desire to have some control of my power sources. After ordering and paying off course, the generator arrived BUT it was not 100% as described. Autosolar corrected the problem as expected. There are some gatekeepers within the company who think they can fool people, BUT you cannot fool people all the time. Those people need to learn, change attitudes and be transparent. Recommended.

Received a really good service so far, particularly Fran who has been really prompt on the invoice updates and additional information when needed, all in all, really good service so far.

I recently ordered some Solar batteries for my house. The batteries arrived much sooner than expected and are working great. Seem to be high quality. I bought from Autosolar, as their prices were the best I could find online. So far I am very happy with the experience and would definitely visit their site, next time I am looking for Solar Equipment for my house.
