Very disappointed with the service and after sales in Aboretum. We tried to return a garden table cover which was not of good quality for the price we were charged, but they would not refund us and only offered a credit note. If this is their refund policy, it should be on their website and we did not see it advertised in the store. The assistant manager was rude to us on the day and we will not be buying any further products there.

I have never been to a garden center so professionally ran

The staff had so much knowledge of the products and took time to understand my needs and even suggested a visit to help select the correct products
The restaurant was the best food my wife and I had experienced in years self service but the quality was amazing

On the 29th of April, we went to Arboretum Carlow to have a meal with my wife and my mother-in-law. She is in her 86th year; since then, she has had food poisoning only when ate a stew with beef and vegetables.
