Shipping fee offset the sale price
The sale price for each sweater was $59. When taxes and shipping were added, this made them each $83.45—an increase of over 41%.
The sweaters are wonderful but if l had known the fees would be so high I’m not sure I would have ordered them.

According to the tracking information, the courier attempted delivery on three occasions but was unfortunately unable to complete the delivery.
As we weren't contacted about the delivery issue at the time, we didn't have an opportunity to assist. The parcel is now being returned to us, but we have sent an email to see how you would like to proceed to resolve this issue.

I love my most recent purchase from Aran. It’s a lined mens jacket. Perfect for the person who does not like the feel of wool. My only issue is the $35 shipping fee. The jacket shipped from a retailer in New Jersey to me in Pennsylvania. I feel the fee should be reduced.
