We believe this review may have been intended for a different company.

We are unable to find any order associated with your review, and your name does not appear in our customer database. In addition, the majority of our customers are located in the Netherlands and Belgium, while your profile indicates that you are based in the Czech Republic.

We also do not recognize the issues you mention. Our business address is publicly displayed on our website, our Facebook page is active, and both positive and negative reviews remain visible on our website and on Trustpilot.

Could you please provide your order number, full name, or the email address used for the purchase? We would be happy to investigate this further. If you have indeed placed an order with us, we will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Wij zijn niet bekend met uw bestelling en kunnen op basis van uw review geen order terugvinden. Ook uw naam komt niet voor in ons klantenbestand. Daarnaast zijn onze klanten voornamelijk afkomstig uit Nederland en België, terwijl uw profiel aangeeft dat u uit Tsjechië komt.

Ook herkennen wij de door u genoemde punten niet. Ons bedrijfsadres staat openbaar vermeld op onze website, onze Facebook-pagina is actief en zowel positieve als negatieve reviews zijn gewoon zichtbaar op onze website en op Trustpilot.
