Great watch, easy to set up, good customer service and fast delivery

Shipping took longer than expected, I didn't get the aria gold as I ordered but CSR helped me choose a aria black and it is still lovely. My husband got the Delta pro and loves it

I have 4 reliable Alpha Gear watches. I love them all. Great customer service when I thought I had a problem. My problem was user error. I don't need/want another watch brand.

My first purchase the watch stopped working after about 2 years. I inquired how to get repaired and was offered a replacement for $45.00 which I gladly accepted. Unfortunately the replacement watch had a flaw on the crystal. I againnotified support. They requested additional information which I provided. The response I got back was because I had gone outside the 15 day window I was no longer eligible for a replacement and had to pay another $45.00 which I gladly refused. Its unfortunate that these companies have no regard for their customers. I probably would have been a lifetime client. Of to the watch company.

Scam of a company, watch is trash and the company is worse. They charge you for things that you don't receive and then don't refund the money they charge you based on shady return policies.

The item looks in great condition and I’m very satisfied with it. how it feels great on my wrist.

Great Deals, Style and Quality so far. The Delta Series 2 with built-in GPS was not available when I picked up the 3 for 1 deal. I was so happy with the watches, I couldn't help but add to my collection when the Delta Series 2 became available again.

Good durable watch but absolutely useless customer service. The charger I got for the watch doesn’t work. They do not have a customer service number, only email. I have sent several emails regarding a new charger. I have gotten no responses. Extremely disappointed in

This is my 2nd watch from alpha gear my first one lasted 4+ years , it would no long communicate with my phone and the battery wouldnt last however it was still great so I now orders the aria 2.0 and love it, except some of my messages don't appear on the screen. If is spam/sales text it comes through, if its a personal one it just says call:call . I guess that something i can deal with just alittle annoying is all

Never owned a watch, but will say best purchase I've made. It's super easy to get connected and use!!
