Driver was driving well above the speed…
Driver was driving well above the speed limit. They were honking for drivers to move out of their way. Cutting in front of other drivers. Swerving in and out of traffic. Following to close to other drivers so close that their licence plate was not visible. At 100 kph this is less than a fraction of a second reaction time.
