UPDATE: As we mention above, you breaked the rules you did a SIP Scan, which is against our rules. Evidences are in your ticket. Is not allowed to break our rules, for this reason we reserve the right to suspend your service and not giving any backup since you broke our rules.
Using that excuse like "you are scammers" when you are "lying", you did an SIP Scan is not the best approach. But we don't hate you. Next time be more honest in your reviews. And next time tell the truth.

Popcorn Time suspension.
I've been using a website called popcorn time for about a week and all of a sudden my account got banned randomly and the suspension page had a link to this site. when i used the auto-chat they said I need a ticket number to get details as to why my account was suspended.
the page then wanted me to pay for a ticket, therefore paying for a reason/help as to why I was banned

Stable and cheap hosting.
Purchased my VPS from AlexHost 04/04/2020 to store my work files i needed to securely sync between my PCs for remote work during COVID-19 pandemic and since then my VPS works just fine. For more than 4 years i can`t remember any downtime happened without notifications.
Pretty good service for a reasonable price.
I can recommend this provider to all who know what they need and how much it should cost.

These people are thieves. The website did not have the necessary details listed. When I was purchasing, I asked them if it was a UK data center, and they said yes. After I made the purchase, I found out that it was not a UK server but a Dynamic Malds server instead. When I asked for a refund, they said:
Initial server installation – 5 Euros.
Return fee - 30% of the amount paid.
I tried talking to them, and they took four days to respond. Suddenly, they closed the chat and kicked me out, so I didn't receive any refund. So guys, don't buy anything from them.

Funny and Disappointed
I give you three stars cause this provider make me disappointed. I've been using this service for more than two years and now I found their disadvantages.
AlexHost sold random vps to their customers without seeing the quality of vps and unfortunately I got an ex-spam vps.
Two month I'm using the vps and now they suspended me without notice. They suspected me and said I'm using their vps for spam while I'm just using it with caddy without mail server.

After seeing a lot of bad review, your SOP "suspended without notice" is totally HORRIBLE. Without notice, without backup, this service will never be bigger than the others.
Also poor quality of ipv4 Address History. Make sure you check it after purchase vps here.

Alexhost doesn't suspend without valid reasons, we always provide reasons when we're asked for them.
Regarding blacklisted IPs, we always try to clean the IPs of the previous owners, but the cleaning is not always done quickly. It takes time, sometimes you might be lucky enough to have your IP blacklisted, but Alexhost will do everything to clean it up as soon as possible, as long as it's not your fault.
Regarding your suspension, if you've spammed or broken any rules, we don't provide backups. This is a rule of ours and of many companies, we cannot provide backups to those who have broken our rules.
You mention that you didn't break the rules, correct? Can you provide a ticket number? Can you contact us and mention your feedback on trustpilot?
We apologise for any inconvenience and if there is an error on our part we will reward you for the mistake.

delete my server without any warning
I experienced a frustrating situation when my server was unexpectedly deleted without any explanation. It took multiple tickets and a long time to receive a response about what went wrong. Additionally, there were serious privacy concerns and unauthorized downloads on the server. Moreover, they did not allow me to download my files after terminating my service. This experience has led me to the decision that I will not be using Alexhost services again.

Alexhost doesn't suspend any service without a valid reason, so if the server was suspended it was because the rules were broken. Be aware of that!
Alexhost never enters servers without the client's permission unless the client demands that it be resolved and provides the password via ticket. In that case we'll assume that you have given authorisation.
You can always change your password anyway.
So that we can investigate your complaint, can you provide a ticket number or other information?

After we moved all our infrastructure to AlexHost, we stopped experience stability issues. And the one time we had a issue with one of our server. The support had it fixed within a hour.
I can only recommend moving to AlexHost, great service and super fast support.

Be careful with alexhost!
They delete your server without prior notice and without indicating the reason and to find out you have to send tickets and they respond whenever they want!

Alexhost doesn't have access to your server, unless you gave or requested anything to our support.
Please can you share the ticket ID? When you will review, always give a ticket id at least...
If you provided the credentials earlier in the same ticket and still had the problem, our support will assume that you wanted something resolved.
Alexhost does not enter servers without permission or sharing the password with support.
With regard to suspension, if your server has been suspended it's because you've broken a rule, in which case ask via ticket what it was. It is well known that if you violate any of our service rules, we reserve the right to suspend your service at any time and not restore it.
This is made very clear and can be found on our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) pages.
Any kind of abuse that goes against our rules, we will of course take action. It's easy to understand.
