A little pricy in the arcade area but generally fun and enjoyable for my child... whether bowling, in softplay or in the arcade

We had a shared childrens birthday at the Cork location this weekend for 25+ kids. Once kids got settled we went to get some coffees, we were told that the machine was out of order. Went across the road to Costa coffee and as i came back in with some coffees, I was told outside drinks were not permitted. Fair enough i thought, I explained to the manager that their coffee machine was not working (he wasnt aware). If they were losing precious money by me ordering outside coffees thats fine, but they weren't. Dont tell me it was health and safety, its about money. To make matters more frustrating, when i went upstairs to the gallery, multiple people were drinking their Costa coffees in plain sight. Common sense not so common.

Avoid we had our child’s 12th birthday ruined!

I've been a loyal customer of AirTastic for years, regularly booking parties for both of my children. However, after our recent experience, I won’t be returning.
Since we didn’t meet the minimum number required for a party room, we instead booked bowling and laser tag and also paid for lunch for everyone—spending around €300 in total. After lunch, we brought out a birthday cake and sang happy birthday, only to be approached by a manager in a way that was unnecessarily harsh and confrontational.
The tone used was inappropriate, especially in front of children and guests, and it turned what had been a lovely afternoon into a very upsetting experience. While I understand if there are policies around outside food, the situation could have been handled with far more courtesy and professionalism.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting impression, and I won’t be booking with AirTastic again.

We had a fab day out in Airtastic Belfast! Such a great place for families, our kids really loved the inflata park and laser tag in particular. Really great to have a place like this to go to over the summer too when we need to entertain the kids. We had 3 very happy kids! Staff were super friendly too, everywhere looked really clean and tidy so it was a great experience all round. Had some food too in the restaurant which was reasonably priced, the pizzas in particular were delicious. Already planning our next visit!

A really great range of activities that kept the whole family interested and having fun. Competitively priced, great food and friendly, helpful staff too.

Will definitely be back.

Recently visited Airtastic in Lisburn for the first time and it was a fab experience! Went for their bowling but would come back to try more in the future. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were very clean too.

Myself and my friends came here for some mini golf and bowling.

It was good craic and checking in was seamless.

It was great to be able to get some snacks and drinks during the bowling.

Despite spending hundreds of euro on a family day out here, bowling lunch and soft play for four adults and six kids, my family, but more importantly our kids were made to feel like leapers for trying to eat a cupcake that our family had bought as a gift for one of our kids birthdays.

Our kids tried to hide their cupcakes under the table out of shame and then refused to return to the soft play after an altercation with staff over a cupcake that was not purchased there.

We were singing happy birthday to one of the kids and they were over before we had even finished the song, making us all feel uncomfortable as if we had committed a major crime.

All this place wants is money, so please be aware you may be frisked at the door for snacks or drinks, joking but not joking.

Entry price has almost doubled from what it was when it was base.

Food took 40 minutes from when it was ordered, people need to bear in mind that the time taken to eat will reduce playtime, you're essentially double paying for the pleasure of eating your food as the kids have less time to play.

Food was fine no major complaints but again expensive for what you get.

Unfortunately, we have also prebooked this venue for our child's big bday party in a weeks time with all her classmates which cost €450, a party our child no longer wants to go to after been made to feel like a criminal for trying to enjoy a bloody cup cake.

Petty, petty people now running this place, didn't make a scene as didn't wanna stress the kids more, but it's not the only horrible experience I've heard about this place since reopening as it was normally our go to 5/6 times a month minimum with friends and family, we have 3 kind under 6 so was a good place for the kids to blow off steam.

Won't be back after our bday party they have lost a very loyal customer over this incident, and I'm sure I'm not alone in the terrible experience we had.

Avoid if you want a nice day out for the kiddos.
