Gun is damaged from the package the barrel looks like it was dropped multiple times it has huge deep scratches it is covered in rust the wooded stock is cracked there was a machining error due to poor quality control of the products ( I know that’s not their fault entirely but they are responsible for rectifying the issue) however they should inspect the product before they send them out the door clearly they did not do so... They didn’t respond to any emails. Doesn’t fire, no customer service, I’ve since had to buy a new gun from another pcp shop & I'm stuck with a gun that doesn’t work and has multiple flaws Francisco the owner hasn’t had anyone respond to me, I highly do not recommend buying from them. They took over a thousand dollars U.S. and ghosted me.

I had a very good contact with the shop staff once again as I made a second purchase through it which was very helpful. The item was dispatched very quickly and I received my airgun in few days within Europe.

Over a year ago, 24th October 2024, I bought an megalodon at aeaairguns.shop. It was backordered so it got delivered in januari. Beautiful rifle to look at. Pressure gauge showed 150 bars so I decided to hang my compressor to push it to the 310 it was supposed to handle. Nothing happened. Tried a handpump and hooked up another pcp rifle on which the compressor worked perfectly. Contacted customer service and shipped it back to Spain. It returned to me approximately 8 weeks later. Still the pressure gauge showed nothing else then the 150 bars. Contacted customer service once again. Via mail received the answer that mine happened to be equipped with a regulator with was set to 150 bars. Got instructions (there is NO decent manual for any of their rifles!) how to turn it up and it finally showed the pressure I expected. It didn't matter it was now unregulated as I wanted it to go full power. Took it to the rifle range and shot several times. Way low output. As I found online this could be caused by the decocking lever I unscrewed it. Finally it shot full power, less than a magazine in the weapon completely locked up. Went back home and tried to find out what exactly locked in place. Unfortunately I couldn't resolve so contacted customer service once again. Returned the rifle again and in three weeks I finally got an offer to replace the rifle or to receive a coupon. I opted for a replacement. I received a notification for a newly placed order and saw it also was backordered. I contacted once again and received a response it was going to take another 4 months. Now we'll over 7 months in there's still no replacement and communication went completely silent. I gave them another two weeks to replace or refund and they still did not answer. As of now I'm in contact with th European Consumer Centre for aid and if they do not respond to them I will file for a European Small Claims procedure.

When I recieve exactly what I order from a company, and the order process is simple, the shipping experience (with tracking) is comforting, and the parts recieved perform flawlessly, that company deserves Five Stars! The ordered parts totally fixed the leaky air problem. I would order from AEA again if any of my AEA machines ever needs repair parts in the future. I would recommend AEA.

Recieved my order in a satisfactory time frame. Recieved everything I ordered unaltered with no damage.

Did not fit AEA Terminator .35 at all or not even close. Piece was too small, it fit the Aea hp ss I emailed Aeainfo email and no response

I've received a gun that's faulty, leaking air due to obvious quality control issues. I was told that the others they have in stock are the same so requested a refund as I'm not prepared to accept a new gun like this as its not fit for purpose. Customer services have been little or no help so I've had to start a claim with my credit card company.

I bought an air rifle from the authorized dealer in Spain a while back, wolfiek group. After about a year, it started leaking air. Instead of repairing it under warranty, they just mailed me a set of seals and basically told me to fix it myself. I managed to get it working, but less than a year later the exact same issue came back — and this time I couldn’t fix it.

After a lot of pushing and reminding them about EU consumer rights, they finally agreed to take the rifle back. It’s been with them for months now, since January 2025. First they tried to make me pay for the repair (even though it’s clearly under warranty), then they said they’d have to wait several more months for parts. As of now, I still don’t have my rifle back, no repair, and no clear updates.

This is absolutely unacceptable. EU law guarantees at least two years of warranty protection, yet I’ve been ignored, delayed, and treated like it’s my problem. Their customer service has been awful, and the whole thing feels like they’re just hoping I give up.

I’ve already warned them I’m considering legal action, but they just don’t care. Honestly, this whole experience has been a nightmare and shows zero respect for customers.

First of all, I would like to say I purchased both the AEA HP SS .22/.25 back in 2021 and just this year I had only one problem and that was due to a broken valve stem. I reached out to AEA for a replacement and from the communication, delivery, and product it was all A-1 thanks
