I'm speaking to you because of sale I purchased through another company that seems to be rogue, so I decided to purchase from you, I found everything to my satisfactory the pistol is amazing I'm currently looking for a site for it I think I've found a pistol scope that has nitrogen so I've ordered that. Once arrived I've been send you photos of epistle complete with its scope.

Quick delivery at (this time) reasonable shipping cost. These folks do their job quite well, listen to customers and re-act which is not always usual...

Order placed on 12 Aug and shipped from Huben 13 Aug with estimated delivery on 17 Aug. Order showed as "On the Way" after government inspection. Order on tracking continued to show scanned in UPS warehouse for several days with no change. I emailed Huben shop 19 Aug and did not receive a response till 21 Aug. I contacted UPS USA, and then international shipping on 19 Aug, then the actual UPS international shipping office in Barcelona on 21 Aug after adding a international calling plan to my cell phone account. I was informed more information was needed by Spanish customs to release the order. I contacted Huben again through email and Contact form letting you know what was going on. Finally received a response from a very helpful person named Orlando who said he has provided additional information and it should be released soon. However, USP is showing the last scan was 21 Aug at 1743 CET with no updates this weekend. It would be nice to know if the order has actually been release and when it might arrive. I am sorry for the negative review, but I had the expectation of a smooth shipping process due to the fact that your company has the reputation of building some of the best PCP rifles in the world, and I expected the shipping process to match that reputation. For the premium price I am paying for the product I unrealistically expected a company who proactively follows-up to make sure the shipment went through instead of the customer being forced to follow-up.

Amazing customer service. Answered all the questions I had. The quality of their products are second to none and shipping speed is super quick. I will be back for many more things. Thank you.

People at wolfiek are very quick to answer, knowledgeable, and provide details when asked, shipping was fast and at a very fair price, top quality service. Will most likely buy more from their products line in the future.

As for the huben gun itself, I haven't had the time to test it thoroughly yet, but what one can say immediately is the build quality is absolutely high end tier , no doubt on that front . I suspect I will shoot thousands of ammo with this, looks awesome, feels awesome, as for reliability, only time will tell but the first feeling is ...wow.

The quality of the Huben products have been improved significantly over the last few years and some of them (GK1 family) are really on thr frontline of the moidern airgun development. Delivery across Europe was suprisingly fast.

Slugs are sized for efficient use in Huben air pistol. Reasonably priced and shipping service was surprisingly prompt.

Ordered and recieved everything but the huben gk1. support has been giving the run around for almost a month i just want me refund processed I DO NOT recommend ordering from this site they have many bad reviews as well
