The product was delivered but doesn't work. We have emailed the support address listed on the website up to four times now, yet we haven't received any response! Calling isn't an option because they don't provide a phone number.

This company's service is simply poor; they are happy to make the sale, but afterwards, there is no response and it is impossible to get in touch with them!

I ordered:
- the cleaning brush
- the bundle with floor steamer and hand steamer

I used it the same day, and:
- Brush went from 80% battery to 0% out of the blue, and then does not charge at all anymore. So, no use.

- the handsteamer showed exactly the same problem other people here mentioned: The plastic nozzle broke/melted. It should close the water compartment but it does not without. I was lucky that I could turn the machine off quickly because hot water was coming out.

I asked now for a refund for the 2 products. The floor steamer is so far (4 days) still working.

Just keep in mind, it’s cheap quality and by far not a Dyson of Philips replacement. The price reflects that.
Now it’s a matter whether the customer service will reply swift. If so, I will update my score to reflect that.

The product is good, works perfectly well, deliver was fast, easy to use, but you have to be careful with the steamer

A very Brilliant Options out of many others the product truly depicts that simplicity is the best policy.

I didn't believe everything i see on internet but this one i really needed it and I gave my shot and guess wat its all worth it .works magical .

overall usefull steam cleaner in the house but not as strog as I got impression from the advertizing.

I bought the brush and steam cleaner. Both works perfectly as I expected.

Unfortunately, after only few weeks of purchase my steam cleaner was fallen and broken, completely my own fault.
I sent an email to the CS asking if they can repair it for me, instead they send me a completely new machine for free.

I really recommended Achate!

I recently ran into an issue with the return policy, as the window to return the vacuum was only five days. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to meet this deadline, which left me quite stressed. As a result, I contacted Customer Service for assistance.

Yesterday (19/3), I was contacted by Customer Service, who asked for more details about the situation. Marijan not only apologized for the inconvenience but was also incredibly helpful in resolving the matter.

I am very satisfied with the support I received. Once I am back on my feet, I will definitely consider purchasing a new vacuum from Achate. Chapeau!

It took a little time for them to send the pressurecleaner, but they notified me on that, because they had so many orders, so that was no problem. When I received it, it was perfectly packaged and I started using it immediately. I'm very happy with the product and the service!

I find this company and their products highly disappointing. I bought one of their stick vacuums. The quality felt cheap but I decided to give it a go regardless. 8 Weeks later the vacuum breaks. A part on the bottom literally melted and I burned my hand when I tried to check what the issue was. I send their customer service an email filled with videos regarding the problem. I clearly voiced my dissatisfaction regarding the fact that their vacuum broke and burned me when I had hardly used it. It took them multiple days to respond and when they finally did they made me feel like an idiot by saying I should check the vacuum better and can fix it myself. I write back to them showing more videos of the burned parts which clearly do not work anymore and again voice my complaints. I get a response 3 days later promising me a solution as soon as possible. After not hearing anything for 5 more days I email back asking for an update regarding the issue. 3 days after that email I get another email from a different person saying the problem is being reviewed and I'm promised a response within 5 days. This was send 11 days ago. The customer service of this company is honestly of the lowest quality I have ever experienced. This is also my first ever review on Trustpilot because this case is so serious I felt I should actually warn people regarding this company. I am still without a working vacuum. The vacuum broke a month ago and I still have no answer or solution to my problem honestly outrageous. I highly recommend to not buy anything from them if you don't want to feel like you are being scammed.

does exactly what it needs to do, am happy with my purchase

First I waited over a month to have it delivered and then when it finally came I was beyond disappointed as it seems like a really cheap produck. No functions at all, low capacity for work. I took a bundle of products so for all of them I can say it's not worth the money. I would like to return and get my money back.
