Parcel tracked from day1 did read it could be a scam but was not concerned as the tracking was in precise detail

I have a GTR3. It worked good for a couple weeks, then died completely. I tried their on line chat but it seems no one man's that during North American hours. I emailed customer support but it takes days to get a reply. Also, they want a video. How do you video a dead watch?
Thay ask not to leave negative feedback but what else can I do? Overall, I'm not a happy customer.

The unboxing experience was beautiful you open the box and you see the watch in fact packaged better then my expensive watches.

Material seems very sturdy it’s a nice bulky watch which I love. I choose the black GT6 pro the red accents on it work really well.
The screen is very bright and clear and the mechanism of the watch are smooth I have nit experienced any jitters or anything like that. Cosmetically , specifically with the bracket strap it’s a beautifully looking watch.

How accurate it is I’m not sure I haven’t made comparisons yet, however I would not use these watches for any type of workout, too bulky and big or let on my wrist. Did not purchase this watch for these features.

Blood pressure, blood glucose intelligence tells you these are not clinically accurate but do give a good guideline and good idea of your overall health.

The watch is great for call alerts and notifications such sms messages , emails and seems to work well mirroring your phone for all types of notifications which why I purchased the watch , that’s all I need it for.

Few niggles
Messages have a Not Messages instead of No Messages once you have cleared your messages, my friend saw this and actually laughed. It’s makes it look cheap.

Watch faces are missing some icons for example the watch face I use right now should display AM and PM in fact in all faces displaying AM and PM the icon is always missing when set as your watch face.

I noticed on some messages you get the message title but then the body of the messages is just tiny little boxes, so you can’t always read messages on the fly

For what I want the watch for I’m relatively happy with it.

I have contacted customer service regarding the few niggles , they did respond however I have no confidence in them actually fixing them

I was sent a different model than the one I ordered. I have tried multiple emails (all unanswered) and multiple chat sessions but no luck speaking to a human - just the useless AI bot.
Looks like I am stuck with the model they have sent cause I cannot speak to anyone about getting the correct model.
Can't complain about the service - there isn't any!!

You have no customer support, no one who can read the notes I have been leaving as they end up asking sillier questions every time. The product I received is defective, you are no help to fix, you are no help to replace and you are no help to issue a refund, under your own return policy. I have written several emails requesting a refund. No answer. Do I have to call PayPal and ask them for my refund.

Purchased the GT6 Pro. The watch was delivered very timely. I see some people did not receive what they ordered, but I did not experience this. Both the watch and extra watch band came in the package. Watch setup was easy, and the watch functions very well; it is as advertised. Functions that I was nervous about—heart rate, blood pressure and steps seem to work exactly as expected. I’ve not yet used the watch for sleep (wearing any watch is uncomfortable when sleeping). The price is very reasonable for the watch’s capabilities. I am happy with my purchase.

Do not buy products from this company they blatently lie about their watches Capabilities and functions and then deny you any returns when you realise you got scammed.. this company and its products are a scam... cheap garbage shipped in paper dollar store like pacaging and there is NO customer service just AI response system that says you can wait for an agent or an email... its a bullshit money grab from a scam Chinese comapny... if you want a watch that monitots blood glucose or anything else to be honest... this is not it.. does not even have the option to do so even though their website says so... Fraud and Im going to start a chargeback on my card. I WISH I could give a negative 5 stars... this is so bad..

The had issues the rise to wake function is not working properly also the strap doesn't lock the watch fell 3 times already i had to switch to the extra strap I bought I want to return but I will be charged restocking fee it was a mistake buying this watch

Great product

I liked the watch but it did not perform as stated. I contacted the company asking for a return. They gave me the runaround and eventually stopped responding. The blood pressure is useless. The watch face randomly switch to a different one. They offer 30 day returns without stating any conditions but do not honor the return policy. I bought it via Facebook and FB sent me a survey with questions about their customer service so they obviously know the problems but are still running Aolon adds.

The products from what I've seen are pretty nice but they tend to advertise things that aren't recieved as promised it has happened to me twice , the first time after some bouncing around they did make it right but the 2nd time they promised a free woman's watch for a 5 star review with gifts though not specified what the gifts were but the watch I recieved had a pink strap and the picture of what I was promised had a gold colored metal strap I was kind of disappointed but to top it off when I asked about it they never even responded....

Avoid buying from Aolon. My first smartwatch stopped working, and the replacement also failed after only two weeks. I provided everything their support team requested, but after my last reply they completely stopped responding. I've been waiting for over two weeks with no update or solution. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would not recommend this company.

I brought Aolon cube watch and portable charger both are not working as they show in there website. I requested for return then no replied until today. .Brought 10 th July 26 . So the reply was cancelled the return request because ,return time limit finished.
Please don't buy from them it's fake watch seller company.

Watch is absolutely rubbish and not counting anything at all not stepping not calories nothing all results is miles away from reality i checked all results is absolutely disappointing and that company refuse take his rubbish back so if can put mīnus 5 stars i definitely would put

Liked the look of the watch but was unsure whether to buy it or not as didn’t really know the Company. Well I decided yes I’ll buy it and take the chance, the watch arrived on the date expected. I was impressed by the quality, design and look, it was easy to set up and pairing was straight forward. I had an Apple Watch before but actually prefer this one. When exercising my Apple watch would always pause which was really annoying. The Aolon GT6 pro seems so much better and for a reasonable price. Have recommended to friends.

I am disappointed with the shipment of my order. The original item had to be substituted, causing it to not arrive until the middle of July. I had ordered this for Father's day at the beginning of June. Also, I ordered an additional wrist band which did not come and a free wrist band was supposed to come with the watch it also did not show up.

Not happy.

It was supposed to monitor blood sugar. The reason I bought it was for that mainly. Otherwise I would have purchased a different type. The metal wrist band comes loose to easy and it's fallen off twice.
