I originally visited the store for a free tire rotation, however the associate refused to accommodate my request. Instead he attempted to convince me to buy new tires. That’s a bogus upsale move. Why would I do that when my tires have sufficient tire tread depth and are safe to drive for at least 6 more months. I’m taking my business back to Costco or a reliable mom and pop shop.

Scam Alert!!!
When I changed my tire at this place, they upsold me tire rotation for a whole year. I was told I can go in to get my alignment anytime for a year. Well I went in, but I was told that they can’t touch my tires because they’re not in good shape, so I asked for a refund, and they refuse. I have called several times. I left several messages for the manager and spoke with their customer service, but they refuse to help. This place is a scam. Stay away.

MUST. GO. HERE!!!
Robert is amazing! He’s always completely honest with me when it comes to things my car NEEDS done vs. another Big Chain (rhymes with Bep Toys) told me numerous times that things were wrong, even tho they had plenty of life left in em.
The pricing here is fantastic!! The service is unbelievable!! And they get your car finished up so fast it’s crazy!!
