Useless product. It requires that you download and install a virtual machine to run the program. Not easy to do when the only laptop you have is a company laptop that does not allow you to install this.

Right manual first time with first class assistance

The whole file.ova virtue box is ridiculous.
I'm being forced to load stuff on my my computer that I'd rather not.
a. it won't run on osMAC (arm silicon only, doesn't work with apple silicon)
b. when I tried on windows, it gave a warning about having to update stuff manually later.
This is all incredible time consuming and I've had to draw a line at wasting any more of my precious time on it.
I wanted a product I could just use, not something that I have to have a degree in computer science to use.
rip off
avoid unless you have several hours to spare to just install, open and read the file.
Dive in if you like battling for hours with extra software, virtual machines, compatibility issues and updates that don't match.

That’s exactly why, since receiving your feedback, our support team has provided you with an alternative.
We’ve now arranged online access to the OEM repair software, which completely removes the technical hurdles you’ve described. There is no OVA file to download, no VirtualBox to install, no virtual machine to configure and no compatibility setup required. You simply log in through your web browser and access the repair information online.
In hindsight, given the difficulties you were experiencing, this option should have been offered to you sooner and we apologise for the time you spent trying to get the downloadable version running.
We’re now waiting to hear back from you once you’ve had an opportunity to try the online version. We genuinely hope the alternative resolves the issues you’ve experienced and, if you’re satisfied with the solution, we’d appreciate you revisiting your review to reflect the final outcome.

contacted eManualOnline because I could not log in and access the product I had purchased. I informed them about the problem and asked for help to solve the issue.
Instead of helping me restore access, they later told me that because I had opened a dispute, they would not provide access and that I needed to purchase the product again.
I paid for the service, reported that I could not use it, and expected support to help resolve the problem. In my experience, asking a customer to buy the same product again instead of fixing the access issue is unacceptable.
I am sharing my experience so other customers can read it before making a purchase and carefully consider the level of customer support they may receive.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been frustrated by this experience, however we’d like to clarify a few points.
You contacted our support team because you were having trouble downloading your OEM software. We responded promptly with the download instructions and installation guide, and when that didn’t immediately resolve the issue, we didn’t leave you there. We offered an alternative browser-based version that requires no downloads or software installation at all.
We’ve already set up your online access and sent you your login details, allowing you to access the manual directly through your web browser. While the online version doesn’t support printing, it provides immediate access to the repair information without the need to install VirtualBox.
We appreciate that technical issues can be frustrating, but describing our support as “no help” isn’t an accurate reflection of what took place. Our team replied quickly, offered multiple solutions, and proactively configured an alternative access method so you could continue without delay.

I initially found that some wiring diagrams were missing from the PDF I purchased.
I contacted customer support, and they quickly helped me by providing a VirtualBox version of the GM Service Information system.
It contains the complete wiring diagrams, and now everything works perfectly.
