I am disappointed with the support
I am disappointed with the support I received. My issue was not resolved, and I did not receive clear instructions about the identity verification process. The responses felt generic and did not address my specific questions.
The communication was slow, and I had to wait a long time without meaningful updates. I expected more helpful guidance, especially since my music release is being delayed.
I hope Amuse improves its customer support by providing clearer explanations, faster response times, and more personalized assistance.
