Excellent Service and Quality
We had a high level window replaced after a hinge failure and all the staff from office to final install today were outstanding. They completed the job efficiently, swiftly and completely tidied up and removed the old window.
The window quality is excellent. Communication, original survey and office communication was excellent.
It would have been 5 stars however I do feel the time from order to install was a lot longer than I would have expected, although I was kept informed.. That said it doesn't detract from the quality of the product and service.
I would certainly recommend them.

We completely appreciate your comments regarding the lead time. We are always upfront with customers about our expected timescales at the point of order and, as you mentioned, we make a point of keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Our lead times are largely a reflection of the volume of work we have booked and, importantly, the way we choose to operate.
It is common within our industry for companies to use subcontracted fitting teams who may install for a number of different firms, allowing additional installation capacity to be brought in when required and lead times to be reduced.
That isn't how we operate.
We use our own employed fitting teams and carefully manage our installation diary around the capacity of those teams. It can sometimes mean customers wait a little longer, particularly during busy periods, but it allows us to maintain greater control over the standard of workmanship, customer service and accountability from start to finish.
We would never compromise those standards simply to reduce a lead time.
We're delighted that, despite the wait, you were so pleased with the finished window and the service you received. Thank you again for your patience, your recommendation and for choosing Clyde Windows & Construction.

We bought two external doors from Clyde Windows.
We can not fault this company. They were professional and efficient from start to finish.
The chap in the showroom did not try the hard sell on us but led us through our options and allowed us time to come to a decision. The sales office kept us informed about our payment options and ensured we were aware of the different colour and glasses available to us. After that, the installation was arranged and Tom did a wonderful job. No mess, no damage to the existing surround, paintwork or brickwork. Spot on again.
Honestly, don't bother going anywhere else in Lanarkshire.

The hunt for a quality new door
No hard sell when we arranged for the sales guy to come to the house. In fact he was very helpful and helped greatly with our choice of door.
The price was in the mid range but what we expected to pay for a quality front door so we accepted his quote. The next step was the surveyor who was pleasant and quick. Turnaround to fitting was about 7 weeks which was fine as we were in no hurry.
Door fitted by one fitter as his mate was on holiday but no problem to him. He was experienced, skillful and quick.
We are so pleased with our experience and our new door. Happy to recommend.

Our experience with Clyde Windows was…
Our experience with Clyde Windows was exceptional from start to finish. We had a whole house needing double glazing, and the process from ordering and measuring through to installation was fantastic. I was most apprehensive about installation but it was all completed within the 3 day timescale and our fitters, John and Sam, were the most hard working and nicest guys to have working in the house. They cleaned up afterwards and the finished look is better than I could have imagined. Would recommend 100%!!

The workmanship made the experience…
The workmanship made the experience worth while, Tam and Alex were the best men to have doing my windows. The weather was a challenge in this heat i don't know how they coped but they did it to the highest spec. Can't thank them enough. Gordon who initially came out knew I wanted straight talking no big sales pitch, very good and knowledgeable without the chat. Customer service was the only let down, no contact for updates had to contact them a few times scheduled dates that I had to reschedule for work purposes.
