From the very first contact, the office staff were warm, professional, and incredibly efficient at keeping me updated and answering all my questions leading up to the installation. Communication couldn't have been better.
When installation day arrived, Charlie and his team were nothing short of exceptional. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and treated my home with the utmost respect. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none—the windows look stunning, fit like a glove, and everything was left spotless when they finished.
It is rare to find a company that delivers such top-tier customer service combined with flawless workmanship. If you are looking for new windows and want a stress-free experience, look no further than Charlie and his team. Highly recommend!

Communication FROM company Poor. Installation Good.
Communication from company was poor, given initial installation date for a "straightforward 2 day job" was 8/12 weeks. Survey carried out as expected, but at 10 weeks, had heard nothing as to start date. It was all phone calls FROM me to Larkhall to try & have a start date within the 12 weeks confirmed. Their suggested date was 14 weeks after contract date. Finally, & helpfully, Gavin interceded and job was booked to start on 13th week. All hassle & stress, when we had the best dry summer in years, so no weather issues. No reasons were given for the extra delays, other than they were 'very busy'.
Weather finally made installation more difficult, with driving rain showers in the two days on site, but Jason, Findlay & Derek worked on tirelessly throughout the weather conditions and job was completed on the second day. It now looks a solid, robust new conservatory roof.
2* for Communication 5* for the installation Team making an overall 3.5*, so it's a 4*.

Bespoke orangery extension
We had an excellent experience using Clyde Windows & Construction for our extension project and would highly recommend their services!
After being badly let down by a previous company, they took on full ownership of our proposal whilst respecting and maintaining every detail of our original application. With great open communication from the outset and throughout, we were provided with helpful updates and very quick responses to any queries.
All of the various tradesmen involved were prompt, professional and accommodating at every stage, with any minor issues presented addressed efficiently. The turnaround from initial consultation to completion was impressive, especially considering the weather extremes endured, and we are delighted with the look and quality of the finished article. The fact we experienced no hassle, alterations, hidden fees or disappointment whatsoever was highly commendable and such a relief.

I was having other work done in my flat, the company managed to install the bathroom window earlier to tie in with this work.

Excellent Service and Quality
We had a high level window replaced after a hinge failure and all the staff from office to final install today were outstanding. They completed the job efficiently, swiftly and completely tidied up and removed the old window.
The window quality is excellent. Communication, original survey and office communication was excellent.
It would have been 5 stars however I do feel the time from order to install was a lot longer than I would have expected, although I was kept informed.. That said it doesn't detract from the quality of the product and service.
I would certainly recommend them.

We completely appreciate your comments regarding the lead time. We are always upfront with customers about our expected timescales at the point of order and, as you mentioned, we make a point of keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Our lead times are largely a reflection of the volume of work we have booked and, importantly, the way we choose to operate.
It is common within our industry for companies to use subcontracted fitting teams who may install for a number of different firms, allowing additional installation capacity to be brought in when required and lead times to be reduced.
That isn't how we operate.
We use our own employed fitting teams and carefully manage our installation diary around the capacity of those teams. It can sometimes mean customers wait a little longer, particularly during busy periods, but it allows us to maintain greater control over the standard of workmanship, customer service and accountability from start to finish.
We would never compromise those standards simply to reduce a lead time.
We're delighted that, despite the wait, you were so pleased with the finished window and the service you received. Thank you again for your patience, your recommendation and for choosing Clyde Windows & Construction.
