Ωστόσο, στους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις μας, τους οποίους είναι απαραίτητο να διαβάσετε και να αποδεχτείτε για να ολοκληρώσετε μια παραγγελία, εξηγούμε ότι η διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων μπορεί να μεταβληθεί, καθώς τα ίδια προϊόντα μπορεί να πωληθούν ταυτόχρονα και στο φυσικό μας κατάστημα.
Επίσης, με απόλυτη ειλικρίνεια και διαφάνεια, μπορεί περιστασιακά να υπάρξουν σφάλματα στο σύστημα διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων. Δυστυχώς, το προϊόν για το οποίο σας έγινε επιστροφή χρημάτων ήταν σε ειδικό custom χρωματισμό, ο οποίος δεν παράγεται πλέον και δεν μπορεί να παραγγελθεί ξανά. Ως εκ τούτου, δεν υπήρχε άλλη δυνατή λύση πέρα από την επιστροφή της αξίας του προϊόντος.
Τα άλλα δύο προϊόντα που επιλέξατε διεκπεραιώθηκαν και παραδόθηκαν σωστά και εντός των προβλεπόμενων χρόνων, σε ιδιαίτερα συμφέρουσα τιμή σε σχέση με την προτεινόμενη λιανική τιμή.
Για τον λόγο αυτό, παρότι λυπούμαστε ειλικρινά για την αναστάτωση που σας προκαλέσαμε, θεωρούμε ότι η βαθμολογία της συγκεκριμένης αξιολόγησης είναι υπερβολικά αρνητική, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη συνολική εμπειρία της παραγγελίας σας.

we understand that it is unpleasant to receive a refund for an item that you had selected and paid for. However, in our Terms and Conditions, which must be read and accepted in order to place an order, we explain that product availability may change, as the same items can also be sold at the very same time in our physical store.
Likewise, in all honesty and transparency, occasional errors may occur in our inventory management system. Unfortunately, the item we refunded was in a custom colour that is no longer produced and can no longer be reordered. Therefore, there was no other possible solution than to refund you the full value of the item.
The other two items you selected were correctly processed and delivered within the expected timeframe, at a particularly advantageous price compared with the recommended retail price.
For this reason, although we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused, we believe that the rating given in this review is excessively negative when considering the overall experience of your order.

Dragini fantastic...their courier GLS useless
The experience with Dragini Cycles themselves was exceptional. Unfortunately they chose to use GLS as their courier, who are completely disorganised and unprofessional. GLS is entirely responsible for Dragini Cycles not getting a 5 star rating. Delivered wrong date to wrong address causing unnecessary delay and hassle.
