UPDATE** This Company have had lots of chances to cancel my order immediately when notified. I am now a week and more on and they have not even tried to contact me. They left a reply on the Trustpilot to make out they had attempted to resolve the problem. On filling in the form I have not had any contact from them.
I have had various emails telling me my order is nearly shipping, which confirmed they still had time to cancel my order and they still chose not to. Not once have they replied to my many emails.
NOW.....I am receiving SCAM phone calls from lots of companies abroad. They are quoting my address, trying to trick me into things. SO THIS COMPANY HAVE NOW SOLD MY PRIVATE DETAILS TO OTHER ABROAD COMPANIES.

NO PACKAGE ARRIVED BUT THEY HAVE STILL TAKEN MY MONEY AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY OR CONTACT ME EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE MAKING OUT THEY HAVE ON HERE.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!

Do NOT USE THiS COMPANY- they have scammed me out of money and doubled my bill by trick purchase at end and not showing you until the emails come through. They have then ignored all correspondence even though I got an email saying not too late to add we are still packing. Yet somehow it's too late to cancel my order?????? I believe they are using AI to create fake reviews as I have read so many bad reviews now. I wish I had known this before spending my birthday money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will scam you. They make returns impossible to send back by making so expensive you don't bother.

I will fight them until they refund my money. I will not give up.

Save yourselves, DO NOT USE THEM.

My order came a pair of black and a pair of blue leggings excitedly opened them, to find they were tiny. I asked if I could return them for a refund and was offered a replacement in a bigger size and was told I could keep the ones they sent out also. Well firstly they’re no good to me as way too small and secondly looking at the chart the sizing is way out and I don’t even think a bigger size would fit.
I’ve now sent numerous emails asking for a refund as I can’t afford to lose that amount of money in this day and age, and I haven’t had a response from any of them since the offer to replace. What is wrong with this company, I bought as there were loads of flowing reviews on their site, I now have doubts that they are even real as I’ve seen many many more bad ones on here. Please advise and give me a little faith by at least coming back to me with a response.

Great leggings long and short ones. Very comfortable and relaxed lighter legs!

Update, I did reach out to Cellumove immediately about the order and requested to return and refund. They replied with send them pictures which I did and then they said they would replace them. I didn't want a replacement and told them so, they then proceeded to tell me that the replacements were on the way and have not heard anything from them for weeks with no shipment information etc. I just emailed them again today 7/19/2026 to return and refund the $69+ dollars for items I can't wear.

Save yourself some time and money and don't order from Cellumove. I waited a few days short of a month for this order (after I ordered I saw it was coming from CHINA) they finally came today and I was excited, was being the key word. I don't know how these positive reviews are being written here. I'm not new to Compression leggings since I have lipedema. I wear leggings from Bioflex and have loved them from the start but wanted to try something new so ordered Cellumove. They are not compression leggings, the sizing chart is off and the quality is not great. I ordered the compression pantyhose as a side order they were laughable. they didn't even cling to my legs. If you have the right size in the Cellumove I can see how you would like them as a legging, but for Lipedema, or Lymphedema it's a no go! I have reached out for a refund we'll see how that goes, since they came from China.... but advertise USA.

I ordered 2 pair of cellumove leggings and 2 sets of arm sleeves. Both were bought for the support they are supposed to give. They offer less support than my usual gym leggings and my usual support sleeves so very disappointed in both products. The material is also thinner than expected. The sleeves are also very short. Looking at the returns policy I was shocked to see the cost of restocking the leggings. This wasn't something I looked at before ordering as I didn't expect to be sending them back. I will be taking the matter further as I was miss sold the products.

Quality I can’t comment until I receive

Tried to cancel an order within 10 minutes of ordering and customer services go quite. No phone number to speak to someone just email. I then get a welcome email offering 10% off another item for the next 24 hours and all items will be shipped together. Eventually got an email but they needed to check to see if order has been dispatched??? But they claim if I order something else it will be shipped together with original order!! Why is cancelling such an issue?? or is this company out to scam customers?

Avoid dont be fooled the leggings are no different to a normal leggings.. they dont want u to return they say money back but the charges they add on is ridiculous £30 for handling and restocking. You buy believing you can return but you will end up out of pocket with crap quality leggings!

I am super satisfied with my purchase. I ordered a pair of leggings and chose the wrong size by mistake. I contacted them via email, received an immediate response, and they exchanged the sizes for me. Impeccable service. I’m very happy with them and wear them almost every day.

This company are not trustworthy non delivery or funding are the trouble with this company they never answer emails so I would say advert are scam DON’T ORDER no 180781

Easy to use and some relief

Pants and also the material are perfect, they fit beautiful, ordering and receiving didn't take too long so service is excellent

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings one for me and one for my mother in law and when they arrived i wore mine for the first time when they started to get loose threads. I messaged the team about this and when i spoke to lanie they massiveky helped me and have sent me another pair :)

Very slow shipping speed and you can’t return as they take €30 and make you pay postage - how is this legal in the uk? I was hooked by the 30 day money back guarantee but didn’t read the small print and I thought uk citizens were entitled to a full refund with online purchases but seems this is not the case here

They addapt perfectly to your legs, and are very confortable…

There is a whole week already they haven’t sent my order and haven’t answered on any emails.
Update from 19.03: still waiting for an order
20th of March -finally got my order, BUT the quality is terrible - It's impossible to workout in these leggings, they don't stretch at all - after the first attempt to make an elementary lunge, the seam split because it DOESN'T STRETCH AT ALL
