I initially placed an order for an iPhone 13 MagSafe case. It arrived in good condition, however the MagSafe magnets had been fitted backwards. I flipped them manually but they were still too weak to hold my power bank on. I contacted them about the issue and they sent a replacement and its magnets are perfect! I can definitely recommend this company.

Giving three stars, because it had the image I wanted on it, it seems to work fine, and the material is fine, but there are some problems that unfortunately made my experience less than what I hoped for.

Now for the negatives. This was meant to be a Father's Day gift. The case arrived almost a full month after I ordered it after apparently sitting in some warehouse for like 2 weeks, and when it arrived it looked like someone beat the crap out of it. There are several scuffs across both sides all of which had this nasty white powder that I had to wipe off.

Overall, while I am happy with the image and I'm sure my father will still love it, I'm disappointed in how late it was and the condition it arrived in.

Affordable and great quality! It would be lovely if there was more confirmation on the progress of makeing/processing the case. I love my case!

Australian. Made an order. 3 weeks later the ONLY shipping information I've received is "label has been created" (which indicates that they've created the label for the shipping, but the package was never actually handed to the courier) So I'll expect another 3 weeks before something actually happens.
Bad experience. Asked for a refund the very first week because the order status page said that they haven't even started producing it at that point, and nothing came back.

I was hesitant at first, considering I was ordering for a 6 year old phone. But when I received my order I was amazed! The image I had made for my custom case was vibrant and color-correct. The case is perfectly cut out to my phone and even protects my camera! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I absolutely love my new case and would recommend Case24 to anyone. It turned out even better than I expected and I couldn’t be happier!!! :-)

FANTASTIC execution in terms of quality of image and case material. I wasted too many attempts with other companies with junky results and glad to recommend folks go here first for custom images. Like some others, the delivery time was fifteen days, not the promised 7-10. But so worth the wait👍🏻

I love the case!! It’s sturdy and well made and the print on it is very crisp and well printed. No complaints here!

Excellent case and excellent customer service

I love my new custom phone case! I was able to use an image of my choosing and I’m so happy with it. Only wish the magnets were a little stronger. Overall i would absolutely buy again. The website is easy to use, shipping was fast and the process was very well communicated.

I am very pleased with the case, but the shipping is another thing. The postmark on the mailer was 4/1 and I got it on 4/16. There was little to no tracking for the order, so I was totally shocked to find out it was actually being delivered! I thought it was lost in the mail, and had put in a request for replacement or refund. More tracking please!

Placed my order nearly a month ago and delivery status has been 'with courier' (Evri) for over 2 weeks. They keep saying it will be delivered but nothing yet. I'm getting very fed up.

I have ordered a custom case for my Samsung S25 Ultra and it came after 2 weeks, but there was a white imprint on it, which I did not like. I asked this company — Case24 — to please, redeliver a new one, and they did so! I am very happy with my case. I heavily recommend this website. The print quality is really good, too.

I just like the case. Decent price for a decent product with straightforward customization.

These guys were the only ones that had the option to do what i wanted to do on a clear phone case and for a reasonable price as well. They sent my logo printed on a white bg first but when i contacted them about it they immediately sent me a new one with a transparent bg and the image and printing seems quite detailed, which is what i was after. I'm really happy with my new case and appreciate their customer service.

The case looks gr8. Came quickly despite the snow we received.Hope the case is scratch resistant.

They promised rondleider the case within 1 day. That’s now 9 saus ago. Never heard of them since. No tracking information Nothing.

I have no idea where my order is sadly so cannot comment on the quality of the item.

*edit, I have now received this and sadly is very poor quality and the print is coming off of the case already
