2nd time I have used Carwow and have nothing but positive comments about it. They make the whole process straightforward as well getting you a great deal

Easy to use site, easy to use system to photograph your vehicle, customer service seems really good aswell. Would definitely use them to sell in the future.

Estimated value was exaggerated. Had to greatly reduce the reservation price - which even then was not met!
Only received 1 offer - well below the reservation.

A fantastic experience using carwow for the first time. Easy to follow instructions, great price offered (£1200 more than WBAC). On collection day the man who came was a delight and gave the car a check, agreed the deal and the money was in the bank instantly.

Listing and selling the car was straight forward. I had outstanding finance remaining on the car. The buyer collected the car and now a week later still the finance has not been cleared. I rang carwow several times and at no point did anyone call me back with an update. The after service is extremely poor. Now I’m left with no car and the finance still not paid

New to this way of selling a car . It was ok as a process , but you get reeled in by the offer and then an increased offer. I know the final offer is based on photos sent in but I hi ave to admit the start acquire misleading . My car reached and sold for my reserve, but I genuinely believe it was worth more . The buyer still would have made a very decent profit!

Clear online instructions, helpful phone and email follow up communications, straightforward and on time pick up by a friendly driver. Just a bit disappointing that Carwows initial estimate was over optimistic by around £1000.00. Still it was better than any trade in offer and the bid offer was fully met at pick up.

Valuation was fairly realistic and the overall process was transparent and reasonably straightforward, however in my case, the dealer who bought my car, did not pay for it until it was received at their dealership, which in my case was 24hrs later. However, full marks to the courier company, MSL logistics, who’s agent was exceptionally helpful in the circumstances, and who took the time to send me message updates on the vehicle’s journey from my house to the dealership, a level of customer service that is rare these days.
