Went to Durham branch today
Went to Durham branch today, few issues with the car, the branch we’re accommodating eventually.. The branch manager didn’t authorise any fuel with the vehicle so left the branch with 27 miles in the tank.. that being said the sales executive was trying to get it filled up for me. Her name was ruby and she was excellent and would recommend dealing with her.

Nice experience buying my first car
I had a couple test drives before purchasing my first car at the Carsa Gloucester branch and found the customer service really good and friendly. Xander helped with the test drives and going through the final buying process and was a credit to the branch as he was very helpful throughout the process, explained things in good detail and made it as easy as possible.
