These guys are awesome. Installation was seamless with very friendly installers. Tracking our usage is so easy. Bailey popped in just to do a quick inspection few months later making sure that all is well.

Luke was exceptional in helping me…
Luke was exceptional in helping me understand what was involved when choosing the heating and cooling and hot water upgrades. He explained everything clearly and it was an easy decision to go ahead with my upgrades. The whole process seamless from start to finish with excellent communication from Paul who took the measurements and checked everything was ok to go ahead, then the tradespeople who were efficient and professional and customer service from Jamie who explained everything about the rebate and payment. I am very happy with my split system and hot water upgrades.

Disappointing experience after a significant HVAC investment
I had a new ducted HVAC system installed by Carbon Savers in 2025. While the new system was installed, my experience with the handling of the existing heating and cooling equipment has been disappointing.
Some of the old evaporative cooling components were left in place, and underfloor heating ducting was also left behind. When I recently raised the issue, Carbon Savers relied on the qualification “where safe and practical to do so” in their quotation as the reason for not removing the remaining ducting.
I find this disappointing, particularly as the remaining ducting has subsequently interfered with access by other trades.
The installation itself may be satisfactory, but I expected better communication and ownership of the complete scope of works from a professional HVAC company. As I have a 10-year warranty with Carbon Savers, I hope the company will take this feedback constructively and improve its approach to customer service and resolving issues.
Based on my experience, I would currently be hesitant to recommend Carbon Savers.

Super responsive to any issues
Had an Emerald All in One heat pump hot water system installed 3 years ago, and today the TPR valve decided to work no longer. Upon calling Carbon Savers, Lowri got straight on to it and sent out an installer to put a new TPR valve in. All within the hour. Super impressive turnaround and saved us a hassle!

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and we want to clarify that our intention was never to avoid helping or leave you without support.
When we assessed the issue, we found that the system pipework had been altered after the original installation, including the copper relief pipe being cut. As this was an essential part of the installation and the alteration was not carried out by our team, the manufacturer’s warranty conditions were no longer valid for the affected works.
We understand that this was frustrating, however we are unable to claim warranty coverage for damage or modifications made after installation. Our recommendation and quotation were provided to bring the system back to a compliant and safe standard, not to avoid assisting you.
We always aim to support our customers and resolve issues where we can, but we also have a responsibility to ensure any work meets safety requirements and manufacturer guidelines.

Awesome Job
Kaylen did an excellent job in requirement gathering, sizing and procing and Lachlan and team did the installation and removal of the old unit.
Pricing transparency (no surprises) and execution precision were on point.
Slightly highly price, but no surprise additional cost, installation and cleaning were top notch. So the price was worth every penny.
I would recommend them to my friends for sure.

Got an emerald heat pump installed yesterday from Carbon savers , installers Michael and manny were fantastic as well as Ruben who sorted out all the paperwork and rebates and saved me so much time and the stress of trying to do it alone . Like a well oiled machine this company didnt skip a beat and have delivered not only a product but a service to a very high and professional standard which is something you don't see very often these days . If you're after a heat pump I would not think twice about using this company .

Great company
I had an Emerald 270 heat pump installed. Carbon Savers were fantastic. Mark organised everything initially with followup calls, including 3 rebates that i was entitled to. The plumber and electrician were both highly skilled and lovely blokes. It took 3 hrs to install and the heat pump works really well and quietly. At night there is no noise. Cannot speak more highly of this organisation.
