Delivery was snail mail. Package arrived damaged in bad condition. Zippers are poor quality and did not survive the first closing.

I purchased a whole set of Jala harness, collar, poop bag holder and leash at Selfridges London, paying £150 for the whole set.
Firstly it smells and feels like cheap plastic, and for that price I would have expected something better. Second, the harness is way smaller than they say in the size guide. Size S should fit up to 37cm chest and my toy poodle is 34cm and we can’t even close it.
Very disappointing experience with the quality for a brand that is selling plastic at the price of good leather.

They delivered the wrong color. mailed at least 5 times, no reply and no way to return the goods! Scam!

I ordered this almost two months ago, and by now my puppy has probably already outgrown the collar. First, the order wasn’t even leaving the factory. Then I was told the courier was delivering it, but the tracking now says “refused” and there have been zero updates. Now that I’m emailing you about it, I’m getting no response at all. This honestly feels like a total scam. Refund my hard-earned money immediately!

What a beautiful, reasonably priced, dog necklace. Beautifully packaged and quick delivery via DHL. When some products bought online can be sub standard, this was of a very high standard. Highly recommend.

This our second Snozy bed from Cafide and the quality is just as good. The corduroy is really hard-wearing and our dog settled in it as soon as we’d got the cushions inside. Highly recommended. The large is big enough for both our beagles to snuggle up in, not that Ted wants to share!

I bough the Beige Fleece Dog Bed, Snozy (size S) for my mini poodle and I must say the fit of the bed is perfect! The materials are so durable and the attention to details of the fit with respect to the filling of the beddings is unmatched. Visually aesthetics, functional, and very well designed! 🐕❤️ highly recommended brand!

Absolutely shocked by the poor note. This is by far the best dog bed I have ever purchased. I purchased 5 since my dog was born. They all get worn off or smelled very quickly. This has absolutely blew my mind. Doesn’t smell AT ALL (and my lab does get stinky), it looks like brand new and I’ve had it for two years. It’s honestly incredible and one of the best purchase I’ve done for my dog. If I had gotten this one earlier, I would have saved a lot of money. The quality is honestly incredible. It’s super easy to wash as well.

CAFIDE sells products that look great at first glance, but don’t expect any real support when something goes wrong. After just 1.5 years, I’m forced to throw away a dog bed of around €100 because the quality didn’t hold up. When I contacted customer service, the response took a long time and ultimately offered no real solution. That’s simply not acceptable for products in this price range.

CAFIDE vende productos que se ven bien al principio, pero no esperes ningún tipo de apoyo cuando surge un problema. Después de solo 1,5 años, tengo que tirar una cama para perros de unos 100 € porque la calidad no ha sido suficiente. Además, el servicio al cliente tarda bastante en responder y no ofrece una solución real. Esto no es aceptable para productos de este precio.

We bought two quite expensive dog beds from Cafide Pets because they looked high quality and durable. We were happy to pay more, expecting them to last for years.

Unfortunately, after just 1.5 years, the zipper on one of the beds completely broke. This makes it impossible to remove and wash the cover, so the entire bed is basically useless now.

We contacted customer service, hoping for a reasonable solution. Their response? “Buy a new one, we can’t do anything for you.” Seriously?! That’s not only disappointing, it’s unacceptable.

For a product in this price range, you expect better durability and at the very least some form of support or goodwill. This is neither sustainable nor customer-friendly.

We now have to throw away a perfectly fine bed just because of a faulty zipper. Such a waste.

I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Poor quality and even worse customer service.

We have 2 beds from Cafide. One is a little large because I measured wrong but it is still well made and my dog loves it. The other is just right. Our dog loves both. They are well made and I like the sustainable reuse materials. My orders shipped quickly.

The product arrived in perfect conditions and the quality are amazing. Our dogs are very happy!

I purchased a dog basket that was listed as in stock on January 12, 2026. Since then, I’ve had no news and no shipment only messages saying that my package will be delivered, but no actual update regarding my order.
For a so-called premium website (€130 for a dog basket), I find this more than concerning. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I can see that I’m not the only one in this situation…
I strongly do not recommend.
