Customer service is everything!
Heard bad things about this company.
Wanted to prove my friends wrong.
Made an order, problems with shipping.
Customer service made it feel like it was my fault. Person on the phone was also rude i hope they dont resale the item i sent because its probably spoiled by now.
Really disapointed such a waste of my time!
WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM CAVIAR HUB. TRYING ANOTHER COMPANY THIS WEEK:)

You guys have awesome selection, and I absolutely love that you are a Canadian company. My order came in like 2 days flat, and it was packaged excellently. I wasn't able to be at home for the delivery and was worried that it would spoil, but when I got home and looked in the package, the cold packs that it was stored with were still ice cold.
I appreciate that greatly. I made a Poke bowl and my wife and 6 year old son LOVED it.

For those seeking a richer, more traditional experience, our Beluga, Ossetra, or Kaluga are generally much closer in character.

Arrived quickly and still in ice ( and we are very rural). One of the caviars we ordered was Siberian (Baerii) Caviar; it was excellent. We will order again.
