SCAM!
SCAM!! This "company" appears to be impersonating another legit company that actually sells small portable air conditioners. Coolzy is the real company.
What came in the mail, after nearly a month in shipping delays, was NOT what was advertised. They are advertised as air conditioners. What actually came were heaters. The box, the units, and the instruction manuals literally stated "Wall-mounted heater". Nothing AC about them. Not only did the show up not being what was described and advertised they were also damaged.
The numerous and conspicuously similar websites that claim great reviews on these AC units all offer no options for submitting your own review. Nor can you contact anyone. When I attempted to contact the seller/manufacturer who sent my invoice I was met with silence. Never got anyone to respond.
Luckily they were purchased with a CC so the charge has been disputed and returned to me. For now I am left with two "wall-mounted heaters" that I have no use for.
Buyer beware, if it sounds too good to be true is usually is. Do your due diligence!
