[coinmama] .....Their prompt response and high level of professionalism allowed my withdrawal issue to be resolved efficiently and without unnecessary complications. I greatly value the clarity of their communication, as they consistently kept me informed at each stage of the process. Their attentive support and willingness to address my concerns made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

When I purchased from Coinmama a few years ago, everything went fine. Having not used their services since then, I recently tried to close my account. Because I was unable to close my account per their directions that it could be closed from the Profile section, I was unable to access My Profile. After this, I sent an email to support asking for help. I received an email response almost immediately on May 1 that they would close it for me if I no longer used it. I asked them to close it. It has now been 8 days and I haven't heard back that the account has been closed, even though I have followed up by email at least twice asking if it was closed. As of today, May 9, it seems as though the account is still open and no response. If I could get a response, it would be great.

I'm still missing a transaction for Bitcoin

Very easy to use. Transactions process quickly.
Expensive.

I funded my wallet with $5200. They had a glitch in their system and my money went to never, never land for 2 days! I finally got a message that they declined the transaction and my money would be refunded between 1 to 72 hours or up to 14 days!!! I will NEVER use Coin Mama again!!!

I made two USDC purchases less than 2 hours apart using the same method (Google Pay).

• 70 ILS → ~16.5 USDC
• 32 ILS → ~2 USDC

That’s an insane fee difference, effectively 80–100% fees on the second transaction.

Support says the fees were “shown before confirmation” and are “dynamic.” That may be true, but no reasonable user expects fees to explode like this within hours for the same asset.

Transparency isn’t enough when fees can suddenly become absurd.
I won’t use Coinmama again and strongly warn others to double-check the “You Receive” amount — or avoid altogether.

Coinama won't let me change my email address after losing my previous email address years ago.

I try to log into my old email and it only sends that old, expired email a code.

Since I cannot access that old email I can no longer access my Coinmama account.

Why don't they have a better account retrieval system?

I've been with coinmama for some time now, buy I'm getting disappointed they say you can do transactions instantly buy my transaction has been under review since yesterday, I wish they can tell exactly how one will take so I can plan for when I'll have a completed transaction. The chatbox doesn't work anymore if you make a mistake of chatting with an email they don't have, by the time you use your correct email you cannot be connected by the chat bot to an agent anymore it's very unfair

I have have using this platform for 2 years to buy crypto without any issues but suddenlythey have suspended my account permanently and the transaction is rejected due the decision of security department after i have bought bitcoin on 21-7-2025. I feel like a criminal and asking myself am I doing something wrong? as they can not disclosed any information of the reason why? Luckily my money has been refunded but am very disappointed at least a little explanation although they dont want to announce it public. Such a shame !

I’ve been using coinmama for a while and had some fun and good investments and now I’ve decided to withdraw some for personal reasons and it’s saying under review for like an entire day . I’m more used to a withdraw completed in under 30 minutes so I’m not happy and I hope it’s fixed soon the amount is $3153.00 if it goes thru I’ll fix my review

They make it easy to Buy but Impossible to Sell. STAY FAR. The fees are exorbitant. Absolute SCAMMERS. I have paid for two wire transfers and have been given every excuse there is. And they do not refund...they keep you money. Support is a scam and eventually they will not respond. Just try selling and you will find out. Evil People. DO NOT.....I repeat DO NOT. You will never see your money again.

I ordered Bitcoin from coin Mama and the coin is not coming to my wallet I don't know what is happening I have been using coin Mama but recently am not getting my coins

Coinmama has done Many transactions for me everyone was received in good time. It has given me the impression of being stable and trustworthy. A big plus it the intuitive and straight forward webdesign of the Coinmama websight.
