Trustwallet has real amateurs working at least on weekends.
Today they offered me the opportunity to boost my payment transaction to be available faster than 48 hours, to which I said yes.
After 70 minutes, a message came, it costs 500 eur, to which I immediately replied that I would not take that service.
Immediately, a request came to pay for it, which I refused, because I would not have ordered it if I had known that it was paid.
The next message was, I HAVE TO pay it, because the process had already started.
At that point, I lost my temper with them. UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE.

I RECENTLY LOST 12000 USDT from my TRUST WALLET

Extremely disappointed with TRUST Wallet. I trusted this platform with my hard earned money, but when my funds were stolen through an unauthorized transaction, the support was practically useless. There is a flow in their system and hackers and scammers easily can access this wallet

They traced the stolen funds and identified the transaction, yet their final response was simply that they cannot help. What is the point of trusting a wallet if there is no meaningful support when something goes wrong?

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in TRUST Wallet. Think twice before trusting this wallet with your money.

Probably lost up to 150k in short trades because of there trashy system , say you wanna do a quick flip on a coin and it’s high volume it will take up to 24hrs for the swap the process ! OKX wallet is way better transactions are fast and reliable

I have to share my story about how funds were stolen from my wallet (so called Browser Extension v2.68 security incident) and how Trust Wallet handled the situation (spoiler: they didn't).

25/12/2025 I found that my funds were stolen, USDT and ETH.

The fraudulent transactions were:

ETH (ERC-20): 0xee99c959879ec3a92d92ce8a7a2a73067a16c367536c6cccbe405f1c01a508f8

USDT (ERC-20): 0x6d2b9965725eb67055717c06ba909b408ff3596d3ef8c680dd9aab5b90f806c4

As you can see, both recipient wallets are flagged as fraudulent on the blockchain.

Trust Wallet promised the reimbursement in their Telegram channel 26.12.2025: "Update on the Trust Wallet Browser Extension (v2.68) incident:

We’ve confirmed that approximately $7M has been impacted and we will ensure all affected users are refunded.

Supporting affected users is our top priority, and we are actively finalizing the process to refund the impacted users. We appreciate your patience and will share instructions on next steps soon."

I contacted customer support (ticket #2615519), completed the verification process, provided all the requested information (I have an email from support confirming receipt of all the necessary data), and began to wait patiently.

At first, in response to my polite inquiries about the status of my request, customer support would reply with a standard phrase:

"Dear Claimant,
Thank you for your continued patience throughout the reimbursement process.

We would like to inform you that your reimbursement request is still under review. Please be assured that we are dedicated to thoroughly verifying all claims to ensure that funds are accurately refunded to the rightful owners, and we will update you as soon as we have more information to share about your claim.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time."

And they stopped answering from April 2026. I tried to contact them using all emails that I could find, using their "improved helpdesk / chat bot" - and nothing, no answer, no additional requests, no compensation.

For now all of their contacts that I could find keep silence. Think carefully, is it worth trusting Trust Wallet now?

Its very sad that funds in Trust View only wallet is not accessible which makes it easy for scammers.
I been trying for days to withdraw my funds but the long drawn messages gets me nowhere. Its not user friendly. Tjis view only gives scammers the upper hand

i have worked with trustwallet for some time and they have been very helpful until now.
i had a large and expensive shipment for them to make. I never received any information on how it works, who is responsible when there are problems, and who is responsible for sharing information. i was told nothing in advance. what ended uphappening was that my entire shipment was unsupervised and never checked and when it arrived the entire shipment was missing. some one the way and a large part missing when people accessed and moved items to their own addresses.
trustwallet took absolutely no accountability for anything and everything that went wrong, they never did the check others were supposed to do but never did. and they had no commitment to help find the missing shipment or pay for it. they said it was all someone elses fault who should have known to check on everything. but for many of us we are not techncians or capable for dealing with situations like this. this is why there are experts but they were never called and no one cared at all. i should have known something was wrong when they first told me the shipment would arrive in 8 hours, then in 20 hours next day...but nothing to worry about. i would strongly recommend people think twice and find another person to run the transfer as trustwallet has no desire to help and they are the "experts"

Just ridiculous troubles when trying to make transfers. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Different payment providers in between requesting agsin snd again your data and proof of funds as well as salary certificates

Trust wallet charged me £2000.00 to withdraw my profits then I found the coins were not worth anything it a scam don’t touch it

TRUST WALLET has blocked me and I paid over 700 dollars to an agent affiliated with Trust Wallet. I have recieved multiple emails from TW and the asked me to contact the agent because he had news about my case.
The agent blocked me but told TW that they texted me and they didnt. Now TW has blocked my responses to them and now they have my money and will not update me. I am sure I am being scammed by TW and this agent. Chord Craig.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. My funds were taken, and I was provided with misleading and inaccurate information regarding the whereabouts and status of my money. To date, I have not recovered the funds that I desperately needed.

I also have serious concerns regarding the security and practices of this company. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have not received a satisfactory explanation, meaningful assistance, or any indication that my funds will be returned. The lack of compassion and accountability throughout this situation has been extremely concerning.

Due to the seriousness of these circumstances, I intend to report this matter to the appropriate authorities, including the Attorney General and the FBI, and request that the company and its financial practices be investigated. I will provide all relevant documentation, communications, transaction records, and other evidence necessary to support my complaint.

I am requesting the immediate return of my funds and a full explanation of what happened to my money.

Trust wallet is a complete scam, charge crazy fees with no results. Stay away. I still can't get my 12,000in bitcoin off after paying fees.

They ask you to do, I do! But then they do nothing, I have send them email after email but no response!! I thought this was a serious business? So choose another wallet, for right now I don’t know if I get my money or not!

Never use trustwallet where support system was trash no one was there to listen your problem I buy usdt but didn't receive in my wallet it almost 5to6 hours and I try to connect there was no response form there side 0 rating never use this aap again

This app is basically for scammers. I sent to someone my USDT bep20 address and he dumped fake coins that read as real value($500). Trying to send the funds to a different exchange it says suspicious token

Just made a deposit, and within seconds it got transferred out to who knows where. 72 hrs to get a response if any? What Bullshit!!!

I’ve had my money taken twice under the trust wallet app. It’s really not reliable at all. I want my money back. I deposited $210 on 14/6/2026 and $54 on 17/6/2026. Both amounts disappeared seconds after I deposited them and trust wallet people cannot tell me where the funds are despite the fact that I’ve provided them with wallet addresses it’s been sent to. They are garbage I tell you. I want my money back

more then three times 2 times mudrex and one time binance i have transfer three times crypto but no crypto has been add my mudrex and binance account. this is trust wallet breach of our trust. this is heart broken review if this is happaning ongoing how to earn crypto..............................

The fees are too high in the wallet I don't recommend them

I was affected by the 26th december TrustWallet supply chain hack. They said they were going to review the cases and refound the founds back.

I opened a support with them when I noticed I was affected, they asked me to provide some information I did. But never got a reply back.

I don't recommend this wallet.

The worst! I was a victim of the Christmas Day, 2025 hack and had nearly $10k of crypto stolen from my wallet. Trustwallet was communicating well immediately after but as of early February, they have stopped all communication and have not retruned my funds, as they promised they would. They don't care. Don't use them. It's too risky. Trust wallet is a scam company tied to Bianace, which is laso a scam. Think about it: The head of Binance has been pardoned by trump.....
