Amazing! I was in a tight spot - just over a week to get a night nanny for my 8 week old son for some MUCH needed rest when my toddler was away (intentionally for this purpose) and original plan fell through. I contacted lots of agencies. Only cocoon responded fast, reassured me, reconfirmed details of the job (required vs flexible) and then found me an amazing woman within just 2 days who I was able to interview first. Not only did this nanny do the job she also passed on some much great advice I’ve used every day since. And the strong communication from cocoon - feedback, invoicing etc continued even after locking in the job. I am relieved, better rested and delighted!

I first came across Cocoon in 2023 when looking for a night nurse for my first baby. Louise was professional, incredibly thorough, and took the time to find the right fit for our family. We were so pleased with the night nurse she matched us with, who spared us countless sleepless nights.
We were so impressed that we used them again for our second baby, and once again the experience was seamless.
More recently, we've relied on Cocoons services to find carers for my father when he became unwell. As before, Louise has been incredibly kind and supportive throughout this difficult period, while remaining meticulous in ensuring she found the right people. She carefully organised a rotation of carers for the duration of his care, giving us real peace of mind at a very challenging time.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cocoon. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail has been exceptional every time we've used their services.

I found two fantastic maternity nurses through Cocoon. Both worked as night nannnies for my 4th child, 7pm-7am, over a two month period. My contact at Cocoon was Polly. She could not have been more helpful and working with her was straightforward with clear communication during recruitment and regular follow ups to make sure everything was going well once each person was in post. My mother was a fiercely independent woman right up until the last fence and most definitely was intolerant and didn’t suffer fools gladly. A number of carers came and went in short order, but Cocoon remained determined to find one that resonated. Their perseverance paid off and they found a great match, enabling my mother to be at peace with both herself and her carer for the last few months of her life. Thank you Cocoon!

I am so very grateful for the wonderful professionalism, caring and support that the team at Cocoon Care delivered as I cared for my parents at home (one with very advanced Alzheimers) for their last two years. When I said to my siblings that I'd take care of them, I actually had no idea what I was signing up for - I'd never experienced anything like that before - and found very quickly that I was hopelessly out of my depth. Thank goodness for Louise and Charlie who responded immediately to my call - came down to the house and delivered a plan for me that then worked perfectly. My Dad wanted for both himself and my mum to be able to die at home, peacefully, gently and with no pain. As I reflect on that wish - I am very thankful that we could deliver them that - and know deep in my heart how the Cocoon team helped me immeasurably to be able to do that.

We have been using Coocon since our daughter was born in 2024, and our experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. Their professionalism, dedication, and outstanding client service have given us complete confidence throughout the process. The team is friendly, approachable, and takes the time to understand our family's needs, always presenting us with the best nanny candidates for us. We were so happy with the service that we are still working with the maternity nurse who first joined us after our daughter's birth, as well as the weekend nanny they helped us find and any replacement nannies we use when our regular nannies are off on holidays. We cannot recommend Coocon highly enough—they truly go above and beyond for their clients.

I messaged Polly and Louise at Cocoon one morning after a month of very little sleep with our five month old. They were brilliantly helpful in putting us in touch with Bernie, a kind nanny and sleep consultant on their books who consulted with us remotely to troubleshoot the regression and put together a schedule for our daughter. Just a few weeks later she was sleeping through the night. I felt very supported both by Bernie and the Cocoon team throughout the process, who checked in before, during and after the consultation, and I really appreciated the swift responses throughout.

From the initial enquiry on the telephone, Cocoon Care provided a personal, compassionate service that I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a carer.
A wonderfully kind, experienced and professional Carer called Lynne, looked after myself post Hip replacement Surgery and then again on a second occasion for my elderly Father. She was a delight to have around our homes, with a practical and sensitive approach, looking after our needs but with an awareness and respect to our privacy.

I have used Cocoon for both maternity nurse cover & for care for the last year of my father’s life. In both scenarios we couldn’t have coped without the wonderful support from Cocoon. I was lucky enough to have the same maternity nurse after each of my 3 C sections. I didn’t hesitate to book through Cocoon as that continuity of care felt incredibly reassuring . Cocoon were particularly brilliant during my 1st pregnancy, advising what support I might need. For my parents it was a huge adjustment to have someone living in full-time however they quickly became reliant on the candidate Cocoon recommended as she was so capable, knowledgeable & dedicated to her role. The rapport she built with my father was very special & her sensitivity & guidance at the end of his life was something we shall never forget. The Cocoon team visited us at my parents’ house to understand their needs & continued to check in throughout the time their carer was with us so as a family we felt incredibly supported. The service Cocoon provide is nothing short of outstanding & I would recommend them to anyone in need of care, at any stage of life.

We have worked with Cocoon for over three years. During that time they have supported us with our two new borns. Cocoon have helped us hire a few maternity nurses and night nurses and have introduced us to a few more people that we didn’t end up hiring.

All introductions have been impressively good. Cocoon only recommend solid professionals with established record and verifiable references. What seems to really help is that Cocoon spent a lot of time learning about our needs and updated their understanding as we were progressing through parenthood.

It has been great to know we have a solid partner in searching for help with our kids. Louise and Polly have also been very quick to respond and have helped us navigate a couple of more complicated situations with grace.
