The company provides contracts for gyms. However, they did not provide a copy of my contract when I subscribed, not when I asked for one, which at least contravenes good practice if not law. They also do not provide a way to cancel subscriptions, directing customers to deal with the vendors directly while giving no direct way to do so. The only saving grace is that they have a responsive customer support service, but unfortunately they aren't empowered to do anything.
