Still no contact and no merchandise from Wave
Below is my original review and they reached out yesterday saying they would have an update for me YESTERDAY. Guess what they still have not responded with tracking info or any update. This company should be shut down. I’m going to fight the charges with my bank as I clearly am never receiving what I purchased and what was promised.

Ordered my hot tub 8/21/2026. The website states fast free delivery within 3 days of order. I purchased direct from wave. I still today have no hot tub and no further information on if and when it is coming. There is no way to get a hold of anyone. The customer service responses are a joke and do not even answer the specific questions asked. If you look at the site today it says delivery of 9/1/2026.....so now they offer same day delivery???? Very unresponsive and I am out over $1,600. I can be patient however when a website makes false claims and false promises and then unresponsive that's when I draw the line. DO NOT PURCHASE Write a BBB review on this company.....Wave when will I get my hot tub? Should they respond to this post and should I receive a hot tub I will be sure to update my review. But for now RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN
