There was no contact for delivery or…
There was no contact for delivery or information on the tracking site of the package’s location, so the package was sent back. When I called BIKE24 customer service about it, they said to order again. I said that I will not order again if I cannot get the package delivered, then they hung up. After that I called DHL and they said that BIKE24 does not provide contact details for the recipient, so they could not deliver the package if the recipient lives in an apartment. I have never had this happen and I order a lot internationally. I live in Finland.

Hello Polina, thank you very much for your feedback regarding your order. We are actually currently in discussions with DHL to optimise deliveries to Finland.
For the time being, I recommend that you enter your telephone number under ‘Additional address details’. This will allow the telephone number to be printed on the delivery label. Due to data protection regulations, we are currently unable to simplify the process any further. It is truly very frustrating that you are experiencing such issues with your order, and I would like to offer you my sincere apologies.
