Binance is great when it works
Binance is great when it works. Low fees, huge selection of coins, and P2P is probably the best in the market. I've been using it for over two years to move funds in and out of my poker accounts, and 80% of the time, everything goes smoothly.
But here's the problem - customer support is painfully slow. I had a withdrawal stuck for almost 48 hours last month, and the chat support kept giving me generic copy-paste responses. No real help. It eventually resolved itself, but I had zero communication about what went wrong. That's not okay when you're dealing with real money.
Also, the mobile app keeps pushing notifications about promotions and shitcoins I don't care about. Feels spammy.
Would I recommend Binance? Yes, but with a warning - don't expect any support if something goes sideways. It's a love-hate relationship. 3 stars for now. Might change if they fix customer service.
