Doorloop continues to take money from our account even though the lease has ended. When we were credited back from the landlord we were unable to get our money out of the app. They have zero customer service for tenants. This app is a scam! Don’t sign up your bank account to it

Hi, Adrienne. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. DoorLoop is the software your property manager uses to collect and manage payments. We don't independently charge tenants or hold funds outside of what the property manager controls in their account settings.
