Do not buy stall refunds and break their own timelines
I placed an order and requested a cancellation, which they officially confirmed on June 22nd. They explicitly stated in writing that my refund would be processed and credited to my account within 7 to 10 business days.
It has now been over 11 business days, and the money never arrived. When I followed up to ask for a transaction receipt or an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to track it with my bank, their customer service openly admitted that they haven't even processed the refund yet. They are using classic delay tactics, blaming a "finance department workload surge" to hold onto customer money
Save yourself the headache and avoid this shop. I am forced to file a formal chargeback dispute with my bank to get my money back.
