You cancelled my order out from under me
You cancelled my order out from under me after 4 days(during which time it went from in process to Ready to Ship), blaming it on an inventory snafu. How good an experience could I have had? The small discount to make it better wasn't enough to keep me from ordering the same bike from one of your competitors.
