My second time going through Zavamed was much better, especially if you order your prescription directly to a pharmacy of your choice for pickup. I previously had a prescription/order that needed to be canceled, and I had to re-apply again but the doctor approved my prescription the very next day and my order was ready for pickup at the pharmacy. Smooth process.

Prescription was approved on a Monday, with expected delivery Wednesday. I stayed home but it was never delivered. Status updated to delivery on Friday (today) between 11am-12pm, but it is now 3:40pm, while their delivery window is 8am-4pm. I contacted their support yesterday and today and received no answer. Very annoying, as I stayed home essentially all week and won't be available for some time next week to receive refrigerated medicine. It's also very hard and vague trying to track the delivery.
