AlexHost is a scam
I had a server, used for vpn for myself only. And also it stored a database, which was not in use for a long time. One day they have suspended this server. When I asked what is happening they told that I send spam emails from this server. And showed a screenshot that my ip is marked as "spam" on 1 of 61 anti-spam services named "BarraCuda". Their website says that algorithms they have is not 100% accurate, sometimes they make mistakes. But AlexHost decided to block my server.
They have a lot of negative reviews about this problem, so a lot of people suffered because of their scam.
They suspended my server without any evidence of me violating their rules and now support just answering me with random text, they will not reactivate server. I've spend a lot of time talking with support because I knew that server was almost afk, not sending any email, not violating terms. So I tried to get as much information as possible from them to share with others

Note: We aren't a Scam company, since we are in market for years. Not for months, but for years. Don't make false accusations on us, we don't scam people. We are a legit company.
We don't have any negative reviews, most of them aren't true at all. We don't allow any kind of Spam, Phishing, Fraud or Scam in our network. Once we detect it, we will suspend the customer. And obviously we won't provide a backup in order to avoid and to restart the illegal activities. This is very explicit in our Acceptable Usage Policy and Terms.
The IP blacklisting is not allowed in our network, you can read our rules in the page "Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)", in the point 1.4

If we IP is clean and if you get your IP Blacklisting for not configuring well your mail server like spf dkim and dmarc records, needs to be configured well. If your IP gets blacklisted, we will suspend your server accordingly with our rules.
The violation of this rule will result in your server being suspended or blocked without prior notice. However, if you have a VPS Unmanaged or Dedicated Server with us, this is your responsability to close port 25 or other mail ports to avoid such things.
Alexhost doesn't take responsability of the way you handle, manage your server. If is unmanaged server, the responsabilities relys on you.
