NCT Cork Blarney centre. Wonderfully friendly and positive staff. The receptionist Aidan/Aidrian (I think) was welcoming and reassuring. While we were waiting he came out and wiped the rain off a picnic table for an older lady who was also waiting. The mechanic was so positive when telling me it failed, emphasising the passes first before showing me what I needed to get done to pass. Considering the age of the car it was as positive an experience as it could have been and it was due to the excellent professional staff. Thank you very much.
