Gravely disappointed with this company. I have a classic car insured with them for E200.00 fully comprehensive.
I sought a quote for my daily driver, a Mercedes E class and was quoted E 3000.00, and I am a pensioner, yes, THREE THOUSAND EURO!!! No claims, no issues. These people are totally off their heads.

NCT test out of date. I want to know how the NCT can back date a test? It seems that they are actually stating that a vehicle was road worthy when they actually did not know if it was roadworthy. My vehicle could have had a serious defect for two months prior to the test, yet they certify that the vehicle was roadworthy, at the time of a possible or alleged defect. This is basically done to shorten the time between test and increase turnover in a specific time frame.

Frozen Lasagne. I fancied Lasagne and chips. Binned the Lasagne and ate the chips. Enough said.

DIABOLICAL RUBBISH ! Got a Chicken McCrispy and a small bottle of water 330ml at the combined cost of over ten euro. It was just the most deplorable, tasteless muck...CARDBOARD. I will NEVER visit a McDonald's so called restaurant ever again. Honestly, it is just appalling, a Burger King Whopper isn't health food but at least it is tasty.

Placed an order for a product, paid for the product, money immediately taken from my account. Low and behold, after I paid for the order, I was then advised that they could not deliver to my country, as the product was "bulky". They had a the order details prior to taking money from my account. They effectively knew that they could not deliver the product, but still processed the order and took money from my account anyway.
I am further advised that a refund will take 1- 5 days to process. I consider this to be "sharp practice" and it is my opinion that I had been intentionally mislead. I am not finished with this mob, by any means!!!!!

Impossible to speak with a HUMAN BEING. Customer service is A.I. dominated and Chat is also useless. No staff dealing with chat or customer enquiries. Attempting to get proof of delivery , impossible at this stage, or so it seems.

I worked with this company for a couple of weeks. Could not wait to leave. Spend your advertising budget elsewhere because this operation is in my opinion, a complete scam.

Obviously, I have not used my true name, so you may well consider posting some crap stating that I never worked for your deplorable company. If such is the case, then how do I know about Mr. Micko and his "free" lunch in office? How do I know about your office being crammed with boxes of of county maps and brochures, How do I know about your branch in the south, and that Mr. Micko monitors them by cctv? Go and get stuffed Micko.
