Every shipment is on time and it is great to track the delivery on real time.
Only once my shipment has been delayed multiple times to deliver and that's after Amazon Prime Day, totally understandable. =)

I bought the Ultrahuman Ring Air this year. After only 6 months, the battery capacity dropped significantly and the ring started having connectivity problems 2 weeks ago.
The ring had already been replaced once, but when I contacted customer support about the new issues, I was told they could not provide another replacement because my current ring was already a replacement device. Support was also very slow to respond.

After looking online, I found many other customers reporting the same battery and connection issues.. For a product at this price, I expected much better quality and customer service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Ultrahuman Ring Air.

Pros:
-Good features when it works

Cons:
-Battery degrades quickly
-Frequent connectivity issues
-Poor reliability
-Slow customer support
-Expensive for the quality received
-Replacements may not solve the problem permanently

Personal recommendation, look for a different monitor and brand.

UPDATE: I contacted Ultrahuman customer care team and they replied with more information about my case in a very explanatory way -- Please note that aparently I bought a faulty item from a non authorized reseller that was already marked by Ultrahuman as deffective.
So you may disregard my personal experience regarding the quality of the item; still under normal circumstances receiving support through the standard channel is veeeery slow and you'll have to walk in circles until finding proper human support.

I'll do another update later with more dedicated time, however it is fair to mention that the quality of my product may not be the standard quality offered by the manufacturer.

The box you get is similar to what you buy in the super market.
Everything comes in backs portioned to cook a specific dish. However you still need to chop, fry and cook.
I felt a bit guilty with the environment when I saw too much carton arriving.
I’ll give it a second try.

The driver didn’t even bother to deliver the package at home. He just dropped it in a store.
