Rip-off and half of the service not available

We bought a 2-way ticket at the airport as it was recommended by the ticket seller there. The bus from airport to city centre was working as expected but the way back to the airport didn’t work; the buses were out of schedule and the only bus that came by during our 40min wait was full. Pretty stressful when you’re in a hurry to get to the airport. Total rip-off if you consider that it costs trice the price a normal bus would cost. Will never use again, paid for two ways and only was driven one way.
