no delivery attempts and no notifications
I have had *no delivery attempts* from UPS Portugal for every of our 7 deliveries despite paying for home delivery. There were *no notes left* and no updates until my package was sent to a pick-up location far from my home, forcing me to travel while 8 months pregnant to pick up 15 kg package. Multiple messages to UPS got no response. This service is unacceptable and inconsistent with professional standards. I want UPS to investigate, improve delivery practices, and ensure real delivery attempts are made with proper notification.
