Really positive experience with London box office customer support. I needed to change the day of my booking; I had bought tickets for my mum’s birthday but she was unavailable on that date! I was doubtful as to whether anyone would reply to my request let alone be able to change the date, but Gordia replied within the hour and gave me a voucher to change to the following week with no extra charge!
