We booked our stay with breakfast…
We booked our stay with breakfast included, and it clearly stated so both when we made the booking and in the confirmation email. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our booking was “room only,” without breakfast.
We contacted Sembo to sort it out, but unfortunately, they couldn’t help either. It was disappointing, as we had expected breakfast to be part of the package.They told us room only

I would really like for you to update your post with a booking number or contact dk-sembo@sembo.com with @Elin, for us to look into this.
If you booked with breakfast and have this on your confirmation, you should of course have breakfast!
