Fraudulent use of personal data – beware !!!
I want to warn others about MediaShop. They placed an order using the personal details of my elderly relative without her consent. She is vulnerable, unable to communicate properly due to a medical condition, and never confirmed any order.
Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, the company initially refused to provide transparent answers, citing GDPR incorrectly to avoid accountability. This feels like an abuse of a senior citizen and a serious misuse of personal data.
I hope MediaShop takes responsibility and stops such practices. Be cautious when sharing your personal information with them.
