My pen cap broke on my lamy all star. I requested a replacement and was astounded to how easy it was. I just received my cap today and I'm extremely happy with the customer support I received and lamys commitment to quality.😀
I had a very disappointing experience with this handbag clinic. I gave them my item to sell, trusting that if it didn’t sell it would simply be returned to me. Instead, when they couldn’t sell it, they charged me a fee just to get my own item back. This was never made clear upfront and felt extremely unfair.
Not only was I left without a sale, but I also had to pay to recover something that already belonged to me. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any resale service, and unfortunately, I felt neither here. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic unless they change their policies to be fairer to customers.

Dear Ethan,
We are sorry to hear you have found your experience to be so disappointing.
We do provide all clients with a document at quote stage, which explains the full process of consigning an item with us. This document explains the 3 month consignment term and the return fees pre and post this term. We do this so people have all the information upfront, before ever choosing to use our service, to be as transparent as possible.
This is then re-sent to you when your item arrives with us. We can see you were provided with this document on the 09/06 and 24/06. In addition, you emailed the team on the 11/08 to ask about return, and this was explained in email.
Again, we are sorry you feel so disappointed about the return delivery charge but hope now you know this information was provided upfront, you feel differently towards your experience with us and would consider using our services again.
