Review of Chronopost
They lied and told us the code was wrong and couldn't be verified at the door. I deliberately stayed home during the Hour delivery slot to receive said parcel. Door open as it was a hot day. Nobody came, parcel due time was 1330-1430, I called at 1500 only to be told this lye. The person in the office apologised. They rely upon it being a package and complaints have to be initiated by the sender..eg Amazon.

I am recipient of a transfer of equity redemption, required by a divorce settlement as part of my ex wife's mortgage application.
I am a non UK resident and asked them to send any requests to myself. I also asked for a breakdown of transfer costs so far there is no sign of this.
They firstly kept on communicating through my ex wife instead of me to ask for documents (which were provided by a special trip to UK) Now there is silence. I don't know if they are dealing with things correctly and are processing my money..
I personally will not use them for any UK legal matters.
I should not be chasing the progress and be recieving information regarding my requirements through my ex wife they have my mail address and number..so far never been used despite my mail requesting they communicate with me for future requests.
