Poor delivery
Ordered on Wednesday evening, tried calling the following Tuesday to see where the delivery was, rang 7 times with no answer, rang again the next day, took 5 attempts before i got through and they said it would be Monday (8 working days after order went in) before order could be delivered. I had to go to the branch myself to collect as i needed the materials. Lads working in the yard were very helpful when i arrived but had to wait 30min for the order to be picked.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to need your materials urgently and then have to make the trip to collect them yourself. We’re glad to hear that our yard team were able to assist you when you arrived, but we regret the additional waiting time you experienced.
