Horrible company. I have one of their coffee machines, and the automatic cleaning products are ridiculously expensive—around €70 for something that probably costs them €15 to make.

Buying anything from them is also a pain. For example, why do I need to create an account just to buy a coffee-cleaning cartridge? Why does everything require an account? Why would my coffee machine even need me to have an account?

It feels like a horrible, greedy company. I will never buy anything from them again.

I regret buying any SteelSeries product. First of all, their app is horrible. Having to connect the devices through the app and adjust keybinds and other settings is frustrating because it barely works half the time.

It also requires way too many updates for an app whose main purpose is simply adjusting keybinds, lighting, and other basic settings. One of the most common issues is setting a keybind in the app half the time it works, and the other half it doesn't.

I will never buy anything from SteelSeries again. Horrible products and an even worse app.

A greedy company and its useless after we have things like ChatGPT, it always asks you to upgrade, then stops even checking grammar if you are on the free plan. Altogether, their AI integration is also horrible, the old grammar checker is broken because of their "smart check" system. Just use ChatGPT instead. Why would someone use this company

HORRIBLE APP
First, if a seller sends you the wrong item, you have to send it back at your own expense because the buyer pays for shipping. Not to mention, it can take months to get a refund—if you ever receive one at all.
Second, the pick-up points that Vinted chooses sometimes don’t even work. The one they assigned to me has been closed for months, and when I contacted Vinted, they blamed the seller, even though it was clearly Vinted’s fault for not checking whether the pick-up point was operational or not.

DO NOT GET IT.
They are horrible, got invoiced for 60 euros even though my plan is 5 euros, and I didn't exceed it. There is 0 customer service; you can't contact them anywhere, and Orange, their owner company, does not do anything about this horrible company. It should actually be illegal to have 0 customer service. I don't know how they get away with this
